I hold a degree in business administration (BA) and am a Certified Professional for Restructuring & Turnaround Management (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management). I have been assisting companies in business administration and project roles for over 20 years – in medium-sized enterprises and international corporations.

My focus is on the areas of finance, controlling and performance management. Clients come to me in particular when changes require clear implementation and not just planning. I have a quick grasp, recognise patterns and bring structure to complex scenarios, always with an eye on the figures, processes and people.

Whether as CFO, CRO, CCO or a project member with strong implementation skills, I take responsibility, collaborate closely with teams and ensure visible results. My approach to work builds on reliability, pragmatism and a clear perception of what leadership means.

I live in Gütersloh with my wife and our dog, have a passion for cooking and am an enthusiastic cyclist.
