I’m Sebastian Ludwig, I hold a degree in Business Administration and I am a certified professional in Restructuring & Turnaround Management (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management).

For over 20 years, I’ve supported companies in commercial leadership and project roles, ranging from medium-sized enterprises to international corporations. I assume responsibility during critical phases, bridge staffing gaps, or drive transformations, whether as Interim CFO, CRO, Commercial Director, or a hands-on project and team contributor.

My approach is hands-on, solution-oriented, and structured. I think like an entrepreneur, act with reliability, and don’t just advise - I execute.
